However, in rare cases, technical issues may prevent a product from functioning properly. If this happens and the problem can’t be resolved, we may grant a refund.
- Before you download a digital product, you have 14 days from purchase to cancel your order and request a refund if you change your mind or the item does not meet your expectations. By starting the download, you consent to waive this 14‑day right. To request a cancellation, please email [email protected] with your order number.
- After your payment is processed, download links will be available in your account and sent via email. If you have trouble accessing a file, please contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. We will either provide a working download or refund your payment within 14 days.
- Please ensure that your system and software meet the requirements described on the product page before purchasing. If the file is defective despite meeting those requirements, contact [email protected] within 14 days. We will provide a working version or issue a full refund.
You may cancel your purchase or request a refund within 14 days of your order date, provided you have not yet begun downloading the item. Once the download has commenced, you waive this right to cancel.
