We work with independent creators to acquire original digital content for distribution through Immersounds.
Creators can submit their original melodies, sound effects, social media graphic kits, After Effects templates and other digital assets for consideration. Our team reviews submitted content and, where we are interested in acquiring it, contacts the creator directly to discuss the proposed purchase and terms.
If an acquisition is agreed, the creator enters into an agreement with Logicdata Ltd and receives the agreed purchase price. Following the acquisition, Logicdata Ltd owns the applicable rights to the content and may distribute and license the acquired content through Immersounds.
Creators are not selling directly to Immersounds customers. All customer purchases and licensing transactions are conducted directly with Logicdata Ltd through Immersounds.
